These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mirada application ("the App") developed by Joshua Brooks ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Use of the App

Mirada is a vision board creation app for iOS. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Joshua Brooks. The Mirada name, logo, and app icon are our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Gatherings depend on Apple's CloudKit services and your network connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
