Use of the App

Mirada is a vision board creation app for iOS. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

User Content

• You retain ownership of all content (photos, text, boards) you create in the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or text you add to your boards.
• When using Gatherings (shared board sessions), content you contribute is visible to other participants.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the App's functionality.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Mirada Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. It unlocks premium features including unlimited boards, all background styles, Gatherings, the share extension, Unsplash image search, AI-generated quotes, Image Playground, and Bible verse lookup.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Third-Party Services

• Apple iCloud: Gatherings use Apple's CloudKit service, subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
• Unsplash: Image search (Pro feature) uses the Unsplash API. Images from Unsplash are subject to the Unsplash License. Proper attribution is displayed within the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the Gatherings feature to harass or distribute inappropriate content to other users.

Content Moderation

• You must be 13 years of age or older to use Gatherings.
• We may remove content or suspend access for users who violate the Acceptable Use terms above.
• Users can report or block other participants within Gatherings.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Joshua Brooks. The Mirada name, logo, and app icon are our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Gatherings depend on Apple's CloudKit services and your network connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
